Primary Purpose of the Job:
To drive and support capability development department within Company through the design, development, socialization, communication and implementation of capability development programs and solutions in accordance with companies strategic business mandate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree preferably in Human Resource
Minimum Experience:
8 years’ experience in learning and development area
Preferably experience in the Oil and Gas or petrochemical industry
