We are seeking an experienced Architectural/Interior design Draftsman preferably with 3Ds max and site experience. We provide accommodation, transportation. We pay Bonus depending on your performance.
will consider only Indian and Philippine Nationals who have experience in GCC for at least 10 years. We prefer those who are currently in Qatar.
Software: Autocad, Photoshop, and 3Ds Max.
The role will include:
• Producing Architectural and Interior design drawings for both Residential and Commercial Projects;
• Detailed drafting for both Residential and Commercial Projects;
• Producing Shop Drawings for clients and fabrication;
• Producing Bill of Quantities lists;
• Site visits and site dimensions when required
We are looking for an applicant who has:
• At least 3 years of experience;
• MUST be proficient with AutoCad 2D & 3D with at least 3 years experience ;
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel & Outlook ;
• Ability to work independently, but also operate as part of a team;
• High attention to detail and quality control;
• Excellent organisation and time management skills;
• Good communication skills both verbal and written ;
• Practical approach to solving problems
