Job Description -:
Sourcing of clients - Building good business relationship with both sellers and buyers - Responds to clients’ inquiries regarding properties and viewings - Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, owners & renters with their real estate needs - Negotiation - Progression of agreed deals - Prepare computerized Sales or Lease Contracts - Determine advertising medium to be used, and prepare advertisements - Prepare and deliver Sales/Lease Presentations to new and existing customers in order to sell/Lease properties Professional Requirement .
Responsibility -:
Get Sale & Lease properties from Owners, property and market analysis, meet monthly targets, Arranging and conducting viewings, Submit daily report to GM, Assist to landlords /customers documentation Etc.

Eligibility -:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in QATAR Real Estate Market, preferably in Qatar - Honesty and integrity Knowledge of Leasing and sales process Responsiveness Knowledge of QATAR real estate market, Strong negotiation and communication skills - Must have strong market knowledge + Client Database - Computer Knowledge - Self-motivated to earn substantial commissions.
