Our client is a young project and cost management services company handling some of the most prestigious and iconic projects in the Gulf region. They cover the construction, engineering, design and fit out industries.
Project Manager
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing, controlling, monitoring and reporting of consultants, general contractors and a broad variety of stakeholders within our client’s organization.
Monitoring appropriate project operating procedures and systems, specifically ensuring management plan is being followed and adhered to.

The requirements:
Previous working experience with a project/program management consultancy.
Must have strong GCC experience
Experience in Mixed-use Redevelopment of Retail or Hospitality projects
Complete understanding of design, construction and cost programs.
Being an effective communicator, with excellent influencing and negotiating skills.
Use of Microsoft Office suite of programs.
Ability to work in a pressurized environment.
Results and quality focused individual.
Detailed knowledge and appreciation of health and safety.
Qualifications:
Civil Engineering Degree or equivalent
Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.
