Fixed senior engineer will be responsible incident management, Change management and configuration management related to Enterprise Services over MPLS. He/she will play pivotal role in providing end-to-end services for Enterprise Services such as Corporate Internet, SIP Trunking, IPVPN, EVPN and IPTV. Being a multi-vendor environment, he/she has to perform vendor management, incident management and SLA negotiations With us you will be managing the day-to-day operations of the Fixed Operations,
Handle the incidents/follow up with various teams to resolve problems within agreed SLAs for all enterprise services
Carry out and coordinate the provisioning function on IP platforms
Respond quickly and effectively to resolve various trouble tickets, monitoring system and network performance issues
Engage with Sales, Presale, technology solution and delivery team to ensure delivery and sucessfully trouble shoot any issues or failures
المهارات
Apply if you have…
Bachelor in Telecom/Data/Computer Network Engineering
Alcatel NRS1 or NRS2 certifications or Cisco Equivalent certifications CCNP or higher certification
ITIL Certification(preferred)
Min 58 years of experience in Fixed Operations with telecom Vendors /Operator on configuration, corrective and preventive maintenance.
Vendor management Experience
Good knowledge in IMS, CTS, SBC, HSS, SIP, H232, PBX, IMS call flows, good knowledge in IP, Routing, Switching, Natting, Subnetting, GPON, OLT, ONT, ISAM, Microwave, SDH, DWDM, AMS, OMS/U2000
Good knowledge on OSHA requirements applicable to the Telecom industry, with strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Basic knowledge data analysis and data mining
