OUR CLIENT IN GULF LOOKING FOR THE CIVIL STAFF FOR THEIR UP COMING PROJECT
Competent professional with over 1015 years of experience in Residential, Commercial &
industrial projects
Supervising Block work, Brick work, Plastering, false ceiling & joinery work as per Drawing-
specification at site
Labor, sub agency & agency management at site level
Coordination with other services at site level
Handle all kind of civil & interior execution as per drawing/ specification
Desired Candidate Profile
Establish Quality Standards at project site to comply with Quality Standards
Identifying the Project requirements and constraints.
Taking part in the Project planning and scheduling in particular for the construction.
Preparing the Construction Plans, defining the construction procedures, scheduling of activities, tools and methods of monitoring and control.
Ensuring the implementation of technical skills for the management in control of site activities.
Attends at the Project Review meetings, making sure that the Construction requirements have been duly complied with the requirements.
Ensuring the safety & quality in the Construction works.
Withstands pressure & Drive for results.
Client and Contactor billing.
