One of our leading client involved in Turnaround & Shutdown Expert require For a major Oil & Gas Co; in UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Mena Region.
Analyze the shutdown jobs scope for each equipment and establish systematic job plan and Supervision of the execution of shutdowns ensure to be completed within the prescribed time, budget & resources.
Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, new machinery installation and start-up of a wide range of plant equipments.
Turnarounds and shutdowns planning and management, maintenance supervision and planning, including in depth knowledge of maintenance and planning tools.
Provide necessary resources and feedback to the TAR team to avoid any unprecedented barrier that creates interruption in the execution of plan.
Collect overall data, analyse and report identify areas for improvement.
Estimate resources needed for plant Turnarounds, preparation of turnaround Job Method sheets, Equipment isolation sheets, Material control sheets, materials procurement strategy.
Liaison with OEM s for troubleshooting of failures during commissioning. In-depth knowledge and execution of RCM and PM maintenance processes strategies & management of plant shutdowns.
Desired Candidate Profile
BE/B Tech/Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engg with 10 years of experience in Turnaround, Shutdown and maintenance project with leading oil & gas, refinery or petrochemical plant.
