The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new prospects and cultivating new Accounts.

• Conducting Daily Sales Activities
• Executes and supports the operational aspects of business (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
• Proficient in relevant computer applications i.e. MS Office, Excel sheets, Word and Outlook
• Experience in a Customer Service Environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Conducting Daily Sales Transactions
• Excellent data entry and typing skills
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
• Answer courteously inbound calls.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Generate customer interest in the services offered by the company.
• Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of the customers.
• Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve the customer services.
• Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to send or provide services on time to customers.
• Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
• Manage filing, e-mailing, reports, correspondence, and other management tasks.
