Assistant Housekeeping Manager
As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will supervise the operations of the Housekeeping team to ensure an exceptional guest journey.

What you will be doing:
You will be an example of our Sofitel Values and a reflection of our hotel’s image and atmosphere through an exemplary attitude
Supervise the operations of the Housekeeping Team.
Seamlessly manage Housekeeping operations with internal departments including Front Office, Engineering and Sales
Take an active role in training and coaching all Housekeeping Ambassadors
Your experience and skills include:
Customer Service experience
New York City experience highly preferred
Excellent verbal and written English skills, French as a second language is preferred
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules to meet business demands
Your team and working environment:
