SENIOR PERFORMANCE MONITORING ENGINEER who will be based in Qatar working in our client’s Refining Department providing Specialist support to the refining management on operational excellence initiatives implementation, improving people and work processes, performance management to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of refining business.
Experience/Qualifications Required
10 - 15 Years diverse experience in operations, maintenance, inspection and process engineering in a refinery.
Broad knowledge of all refining operations and experience of refinery work processes.
Very Good command of English both spoken and written with report writing skills.
Experience in working with multi disciplines and multicultural environment
Sound knowledge of HSE
BSc in an Engineering discipline, preferably in chemical engineering
