SUMMARY:
We have an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician.
HVAC technician is primarily responsible for the repair and maintenance of HVAC
You will inspect their current equipment, identify problems with their units, and perform necessary repairs or routine maintenance. When required, you will install new systems and ensure they are running smoothly.
you must know how to work with small and large HVAC equipment.
JOB DUTIES:
• Learn locations of all HVAC equipment and how they relate to each building.
• Maintain and repair all HVAC equipment and components to manufactures
recommendation, i.e. valves, motors, belts, bearings, filters, and lubrication etc.
• Make rounds of all equipment rooms indentify and repairing any potential
problems and keep the systems clean
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Ac
• Respond to fire alarms systems and be familiar with fire panels.
• Must be able to work from a ladder.
• Any other duties as assigned.
