Admin Assistant (Female) - Insurance Experience Preferred
We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Responsibilities
1. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
2. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
3. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
4. Develop and maintain a filing system
5. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
6. Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
Administrative assistant requirements: Proven admin or assistant experience Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills Proficient in MS Office
